About the accommodation
The penthouse’s 360-degree construction offers a unique view over the entire finca, the two infinity pools, up into the forests with a view of Teide, and direct sea views from the sleeping area.
You enter the penthouse via a spiral staircase to the upper floor. From there, you reach the open sleeping and living area and from there to the exposed kitchenette with direct access to the roof terrace. The also open-plan bathroom with a walk-in rain shower is located in the rear area of the apartment.
The outdoor area with a large communal garden, sun loungers, and Balinese beds is shared with other tenants in a hotel resort-like setting. With a total of over 2000 square meters of space, there is plenty of room to relax undisturbed and enjoy your time at this extraordinary finca.
Here you will find 2 extra-large, heated in winter, infinity pools with views of the open sea, Teide volcano, and over Puerto de la Cruz.
Additional important information:
Access is provided directly by entering a code, which will be made available after booking. The code can be entered into the Nuki keypads, and the doors will open and close automatically.
The finca is primarily designed for adults and teenagers. Due to the open infinity pools at a height of over 5 meters, exposed stair sections, etc., this vacation property is unfortunately not suitable for small children. Please consider this before booking.
There are no additional costs. Only the nightly rate and the Airbnb service fee apply. Cleaning fees are waived.
